Israel started his Martial Arts carrier in Hapkido with Prof: Aroudo then he went to Capoeira with Mestre Nál and Prof: Elías of  Grupo Topázio  Today Grupo  Gangara and he was there for maybe 6 years, after that he started playing Capoeira in the streets of Salvador, especially in Towns like  S. Caetano, Fazenda Grande, Liberdade, São Martin, Baixa  Fria, Praia do Canta Galo and many more places, with great Mestres such as Mestre Lazinho, Virgílho, Branca de Neve, Fernando, Decival ....   The Rodas used to be very violent but they were there every day! Then he went to Anjos de Angola's group and started teaching Capoeira, after 3 or 4 years He created the Group Renascer  .  In 2002 He went to England to expand the Group. Israel also did a lot of shows in Salvador with the Folkloric Company of Jo ã o de Barro   "ciajoaodebarro ".

Prof: Israel Has been competing in Martial arts Tournaments since 1996 when he won the First Free Style Serpent in Salvador.

Today Prof: Israel Teaches and training Capoeira and Jiu-jitsu every day, his Jiu-jitsu instructor is the Black belt Bráulio from Gracie Barra UK
